Paige Rosemond has joined RedMane Technology to help the firm’s human services clients better use technology to enhance operations and services, increase engagement with families throughout the practice continuum, and improve the experiences and outcomes for children, families, and caregivers. 

Paige brings over 25 years of hands-on child welfare experience at the county and state levels.  She most recently served as the Child Welfare Division Director for Wake County, North Carolina.  Prior to that, Paige was the Associate Director of Child Welfare at Colorado’s Department of Human Services. 

Better Outcomes for Children and Families

Throughout her career, Paige has championed data-informed decision making, continuous quality improvement, father and paternal relative engagement, and the importance of the client’s voice in policy and practice.  A hallmark of her approach is partnering with staff, local jurisdictions, stakeholders, and community-defined partners to deliver successful change.

At RedMane, Paige will work closely with caseworkers, supervisors, and department leaders to envision, design, implement, and sustain meaningful solutions for those serving children, youth, and families involved with child welfare and other human services programs.  Paige’s lived experiences will help RedMane continue to deliver innovative applications that provide breakthrough results and make a real difference each day for caseworkers and those they serve.

Paige received her Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
