RedMane is pleased to welcome four more Cúram experienced professionals to its growing team.  Each of these outstanding individuals brings a passion for client service and years of know-how with the IBM Cúram Social Program Management solution. 

Sujeet Sukumaran  – An early member of Cúram Software, Sujeet has over 18 years of Cúram technical experience.  He has expertise architecting, designing, delivering, and upgrading Cúram systems supporting TANF, SNAP, Medicaid, and other social programs.  Sujeet is a Cúram Certified Developer with extensive rules experience.  He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science and bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Bombay.

Julia Norman, PMP –Julia has over 15 years of Cúram experience as a business analyst and project leader.  Early in her career, she helped envision, architect, and develop a new Cúram Software module to manage worker’s compensation claims.  More recently, she has helped clients configure, implement, rollout, upgrade, and support large-scale Cúram-based solutions in child welfare and income support.  Julia holds a Cúram Business Process Analyst certification, is PMP certified, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Applied Health Sciences from the University of Waterloo.

Srividhya Venkataramani – Srividhya has over three years of hands-on Cúram business analysis experience, seven years of SAP experience, and more than 14 years of overall IT experience.  She brings expertise in requirements elaboration, design, configuration, development, and testing, with a focus on Medicaid eligibility.  She is a Cúram Certified Associate Business Process Analyst and a Scrum Master Certified (SMC).  Srividhya holds a master’s degree in Computer Applications from the College of Engineering in Guindy and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from Bharathidasan University.

Prathyusha Narahari – Prathyusha has more than two years of Cúram business analysis experience and over 10 years of IT experience.  She is a Cúram Certified Associate Business Process Analyst with extensive experience in the state government, federal government, and healthcare sectors.  Prathyusha earned a master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University.

Sujeet, Julia, Srividhya, and Prathyusha will support clients throughout North America.  They join a highly motivated team helping RedMane clients optimize their operations and deliver service excellence.

Experience and Innovation

Long recognized as a leader in the implementation of the IBM Cúram Social Program Management solution, RedMane is also an innovator with the platform.  RedMane staff were the first to implement a Cúram production solution in the cloud, as well as execute the first “born in the cloud” Cúram project.  RedMane was also the first firm to implement an enterprise-wide production mobile solution to caseworkers that integrated and extended the Cúram system.  That mobile solution even functions offline, allowing caseworkers to serve clients anywhere in the community at the moment of need.
