The Alameda County Health Care Services Agency (HCSA), with assistance from RedMane Technology, has successfully implemented a modern eligibility and enrollment solution for the Health Program of Alameda County (HealthPAC).  The new solution, known as HPAC Connect, makes it easier for HealthPAC to manage the delivery of affordable healthcare to uninsured residents of the Alameda county.

Currently supporting over 400 users engaged in application assistance, pharmacy and clinic eligibility verification, and customer service, HPAC Connect automates routine tasks and facilitates electronic form completion and signature capture during the application process. It simplifies eligibility determination, enrollment, reporting, communications, and clinical network management.

Powered by RedMane Technology’s mCase platform, the solution leverages a cloud-based Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) system. mCase promotes interoperability and seamless case coordination, offering flexibility and high configurability to meet the evolving needs of HealthPAC without requiring significant coding.
