RedMane Technology LLC, a Chicago-based software solutions and systems integration firm, was awarded a contract by the Alameda County Health Care Services Agency (HCSA) to implement an eligibility and enrollment solution for the Health Program of Alameda County (HPAC).  The HPAC provides affordable healthcare to uninsured people living in the California county.

RedMane will configure and implement its mCase cloud-based platform to support the application process, eligibility determination, enrollment, reporting, communications, and clinical network management for the HPAC. 

The new system will support over 400 users involved in health program management, application assistance, pharmacy and clinic eligibility verification, and customer service.

Danice Cook, Program Administrator for the Alameda County HCSA, said mCase will improve operations and enhance client service. “We are excited to partner with RedMane to implement an integrated, secure, and modern platform to streamline the delivery of healthcare services to vulnerable communities in Alameda County. mCase will allow us to prioritize healthcare accessibility for those who need it most.”
